Lonesome Trees

Mr. Roshan is an old and little-known poet who lives in Kerman. His son Iraj, who has been living in France, comes to Iran to visit his father and Fakhri, his sister. During his visit, he wishes to record on his video camera the daily life of his father. But the persistence with which he follows his father around only annoys the old man. However, Mr. Roshan does use the device to send messages to his grandchildren living abroad. One night, during a poetry recital, and in the presence of his family, he makes certain confessions, and the following day, he passes away.
