Deep in the heart of Texas lives a young man named Jimmy West, whose painful and dangerous struggle for normalcy and happiness in a deeply dysfunctional family uncovers a long buried secret of incest. Ray, a disturbed Vietnam war veteran and Jimmy's father, constantly raises hell and even forces Jimmy to have sex with his wife for his own warped sexual thrills. Ultimately, only the arrival of a vengeful woman whose life was ruined by Ray years earlier brings the possibility of peace.
