Gay fashion designer Yiu Chu-man is reunited at the Hong Kong airport with his heterosexual twin brother, Yiu Chu-kit, who's been living in Thailand. Financially challenged Chu-kit asks to borrow his brother's car and Hong Kong driver's license but then ends up in a coma after a traffic incident, hospitalized under the name Chu-man. Jane, Kit's manipulative Thai girlfriend, then orders the real Chu-man to come to Bangkok and pose as his brother to get a bank loan. Meanwhile, Chu-kit recovers and has to deal with the affections of Chu-man's lover, gay cop Ching-chung.
