Neil Perota is a 315-pound man obsessed with food and his struggle to overcome it. Due to a heart attack, he realistically assesses his own life, but still can not stop eating. Neil finally uproots, moves to the country and buys a dilapidated trailer deep in the woods. It is here where he now lives and begins his transformation.
