synopsis
Adaptation of Fitzgerald's novel about a soldier who, after the war, settles in Paris to start a career as novelist, falls in love with a wealthy young beauty. Soon, his drinking takes control of him and leads to her accidental death, but not before she gives birth to their daughter, whom he seeks to be reunited with years later after fighting to reform himself.
