A feisty schoolteacher Jemima hopes to honor the memory of her dead brother by rebuilding an abandoned art factory, and re-open it as a youth creativity center. She then meets notorious playboy Michael Bartle, who supports her decision to save the condemned building that is already in foreclosure and scheduled to be demolished. When Michael's ulterior motives are revealed, Jemima vows to raise the money by riding naked on a horse, Lady Godiva style, over Magdalen Bridge.
