Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Love the Hard Way." Oscar-winner Adrien Brody and Charlotte Ayanna star in this drama about a thief who falls for a curious, beautiful young woman. As their intimacy grows, a slick cop (Pam Greer) is closing in.
Centers on Elias, a former criminal who is coming to the end of a two-year parole period spent working as a nurse in the emergency room of a hospital. Elias' farewell party turns to disaster with the arrival of his former accomplice Rudy, who was injured in a car accident and is being pursued by police, as well as the gangsters from whom he has taken some stolen jewels.
