Centers on revenge-seeking Charlie Matteï, a retired gangster whose former associates put a price on his head. Having survived a shooting that almost kills him with 22 bullets in his body the Immortal decides to investigate to find out who is behind the violence. Meanwhile, the police also try to unravel the attempted murder. Their investigation leads them to cross paths with Tony Zakia, Charlie's childhood friend and associate, lawyer Martin Baudinard and dangerous men Le Pistachier and Aurélio le Finisseur.
