Johnny is the leader of a group of disaffected "squeegee kids" who live on the streets and clean cars for food. As attractive and charasmatic as he is, Johnny has a dangerously manipulative side that takes over when his buddy Albert shows up with a "found" camera and "a vision" which Johnny pursues at all costs.
