Quasimodo, the protector of Notre Dame cathedral, continues to ring its bells, now accompanied by Zephyr, the young son of Phoebus and Esmeralda. When he spots Madellaine, the beautiful assistant of an evil magician, Sarousch, at a visiting circus, he falls in love with her instantly. As Sarousch plans to use Madellaine's help in stealing the cathedral's most famous bell, Quasimodo must attempt, with the help of a few gargoyles, to stop the magician's evil plans and discover the good within Madellaine.
