Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Daughters of the Dust." It didn't come out this year, but there was actually a Chinese movie called Hero, which I really loved. It stars Jet Li, one of my all-time favorite kung-fu guys [who starred in Romeo Must Die], and Zhang Ziyi, who played the girl from Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon -- and a couple of other pretty famous actors from Hong Kong [Tony Leung Chiu Wai, Maggie Cheung]. Honestly, I've probably watched that movie more than thirty times this year alone.
