Gang member Johnny is involved in a heist that goes wrong: some of his crew are killed and he is caught and sent to jail. While inside he learns to box, and when released he looks for redemption and a new life in the ring. But the ex girlfriend of one of those who was killed in the heist is after revenge, and is setting up her new beau as a means to getting even.

Long recognized as one of the roughest neighborhood's in New York City (although gentrification has seeped in), Hell's Kitchen has been the setting for several feature films about tough guys ("State of Grace," "Sleepers").

Now the area gets its very own movie courtesy of writer-director Tony Cinciripini. Lucky for him real estate can't sue.
