Wesley Pipes and Billy Bong Thornton are the pet-named paraphernalia in this stems-and-seeds-quality cautionary tale about why not to feed junk food to a police horse. Dave Chappelle acts as if trapped in an ill-conceived SNL sketch; he has no chemistry with co-stars Jim Breuer and Guillermo D’az. Snoop Dogg shows up for a cameo, bogarting a joint in one toke, but the "outrageous" deleted scenes are proverbial screen scrapings.
