Margarita, a Bulgarian intern in London, leaves the famous reporter Marco Matanich and joins her brother for a windsurfing trip on a Turkish island with his friends from different Balkan countries. It starts as a vacation but unexpectedly, the wind stops. The men start fighting over the usual Balkan nationalistic issues. Marco, to prove his skills to Margarita, shoots them in a manipulative reportage. Quoted by leading media it fires a Balkan countries conflict and the friends start building "national borders" between their tents. Margarita disappears on the open sea.
