Silmara works in a large factory in the suburbs of São Paulo. She is also a very beautiful woman. Realistic, hardheaded to the verge of aggressiveness, she does her best to lead the kind of life she dreams of, fundamentally free and spurred by a desire to rapidly climb the social ladder.
