Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror." This 1922 classic of cinema based on Bram Stoker's "Dracula" (but with names changed) directed by F.W. Murnau and starring Max Schrek in one of films most famous and frightening make-up jobs.
A school teacher arrives in MIlan to work at an elementary school in which he is reunited with his childhood friend also a teacher there. When the teacher falls for a substitute who later jilts him, he joins up with his friend who has a penchant for making inventions. Soon, they come into a lot of success for the gizmo, but the teacher sentimantally foregoes his rights to the patent and returns to teach the children he so dearly cares about.
