Martin, a young man with no future meets Abel, a cheerful man twice his age, who is fond of the good life. Together they dream up a crazy idea: blowing up a nuclear power station in a village in the north of Spain. Accompanied by Ana, Abel's girlfriend, they start out on a strange road trip that takes them from the sea over land. It's not only the nuclear power station that will finally be blown to pieces but their own lives as well.
