Last Tango in Paris, Italian director Bernardo Bertolucci returns to the City of Light for this coming-of-age rhapsody set against the backdrop of the '68 Paris student riots. A French brother and sister and their American friend get naked, smoke dope and debate cinema ("Who's better, Keaton or Chaplin?"). In an explicitly carnal film, the opening scan down the Eiffel Tower over Jimi Hendrix's "Third Stone From the Sun" is the ultimate money shot.
