synopsis
Amar is ajournalist investigating a northern Indian terrorist group. In the course of his travels he encounters Meghna and falls in love with her. He suspects she feels the same way, but yet she repeatedly runs away from him. As an arranged marriage awaits him in Delhi, and India's 50th anniversary of independence approaches, Amar must decide what to do both personally and politically.
