Max and Johann embark on a drug-induced trip to Poland in order to fetch a valuable bag for their best friend Mao, who is not only pregnant but, what's more, threatened by the two shady would-be crooks Harry and Schorsch. What Max and Johann don't know is that they are being closely observed by Harry and Schorsch to secure the save delivery of the ominous bag. A crazy chase across Eastern Europe ensues.
