A comedy about a newly married couple too poor to afford meat. When dad, a wealthy Texas cattle rancher, comes to visit, he sets up a deal with the local butcher to give his kids beef at half price. Word leaks out and starts a meat price war for which the Texas rancher has to cover the losses.
