The story of Atsushi Hirati, a young Tokyo executive, who is looking forward to his yearly vacation playing golf in Hawaii. His plans change suddenly when his grandfather convinces him to perform a memorial service for Atushi's parents at the spot where they died: a remote river in Iceland.
