Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror." This 1922 classic of cinema based on Bram Stoker's "Dracula" (but with names changed) directed by F.W. Murnau and starring Max Schrek in one of films most famous and frightening make-up jobs.
Roy, a low-profile, semi-retired ex-con, is asked by his younger brother Lee to be the fourth man in his high-stakes robbery crew. Lee has masterminded a jewelry heist, valued at more than three million dollars, from an exclusive boutique in Palm Springs, and desperately needs the expertise of his older brother. With some apprehension, Roy agrees because it is the one last heist which could set them up for a long time. Lee and Roy are joined by the young and unpredictable Skip and Jorge whose wife Rachel is against his taking part in this quick-money scheme. The heist is executed like clockwork, and the four men celebrate their success. However, things go awry when Skip puts his own deadly plan into action, and a shattered Roy is left to tear through the criminal subculture of Los Angeles for vengeance.
