Cairo. Hatem, an unsavory police officer, dishes out law enforcement with an iron fist. Citizens universally fear and dislike him. The only person that dares to stand up to him is a young woman named Nour. Her advantage is that Hatem has a thing for her. But Nour's heart is taken with Cherif, a much valorized deputy public prosecutor. Overcome by his envy, Hatem comes between them and he turns Nour's life into a nightmare.
