Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror." This 1922 classic of cinema based on Bram Stoker's "Dracula" (but with names changed) directed by F.W. Murnau and starring Max Schrek in one of films most famous and frightening make-up jobs.
Harley may be the happiest man alive. He's in his early 40s, in good health and happily married. Add to that a great job as a successful architect. So why does he look so bored? The only man who may know the answer to that question is Matt, a buddy from way back who's just stumbled into town. Matt's a hard drinkin', hard smokin', kinda guy and when he drifts into town, most people (including his ex-wife) just wish he'd drift out again. Matt's getting tired of the drifting lifestyle and he's aiming to hang around and get back together with his buddy, Harley. As the two men reconnect after years apart, a simple get together for a beer leads to a nihilistic descent into macho hell. A twisted version of Butch and Sundance with Matt willing to go to any lengths to bring Harley back into the fold.
