After being unceremoniously dumped by his fiancée, Quincy Watson pens a "how to" book on breaking up and becomes a best-selling author on the subject. Not wanting his male friends to suffer the same fate, Quincy gives them advice on dumping their mates.

While this frothy romantic comedy lacks depth, the winsome pairing of stars Jamie Foxx and Gabrielle Union creates enough sparks to carry it through.

Story

For a very brief moment--even by film standards--Quincy Watson (Foxx) has it all: A hot girlfriend, Helen (Bianca Lawson), and a successful writing career with Spoils publishing.
