A thriller set in the mid- and Northwest United States, about an undercover CIA operative who inadvertently kills the congressman she is assigned to have an affair with. Fleeing across country in a taxi cab, she is pursued by a CIA assassin out to eliminate her in order to save the Agency from being implicated in her actions.
