Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Love the Hard Way." Oscar-winner Adrien Brody and Charlotte Ayanna star in this drama about a thief who falls for a curious, beautiful young woman. As their intimacy grows, a slick cop (Pam Greer) is closing in.
Jet is a gay hustler who one night spots a young man walking with a woman, and falls for him instantly. He does some research, and discovers that the man is called Sam, and is an apparently straight policeman. Arranging another 'chance' encounter, Jet manages to meet Sam, and the two become friends. But their lives are more connected than either one knows, and Sam's discomfort with a gay identity causes problems for their growing attraction.
