Film.com's FREE movie of the week is "Love the Hard Way." Oscar-winner Adrien Brody and Charlotte Ayanna star in this drama about a thief who falls for a curious, beautiful young woman. As their intimacy grows, a slick cop (Pam Greer) is closing in.
After being struck by lightning, Claire is checked into a rural home for amnesiacs by her sister. She spends most of her time there observing the other patients and staff. Embarking on a romance with fellow patient Philippe, the couple decide to move off the grounds into their own apartment. While they try to live a normal life together, Claire's memory begins to deteriorate even further.
