Baboussia

Eighty -year-old, energetic grandmother Tusya, has led a life of devotion to her country and to her family. She lives with her married daughter Vera. When Vera gets sick, Tusya must seek refuge with her grandchildren and other relatives, but none of them are willing to permanently take care of an old woman. Her only option is to wander from home to home. The plot follows her from family to family and provides a series of eye-catching portraits: from businessmen to refugees, Moscow journalists to country farmers, the nouveaux-riches to the indigent.
