Dr. Sinha dreams of running a state-of-the-art hospital that wil treat the rich and the poor equally. Aakash, his son is an equally devoted doctor who remains duty-bound to this father and his profession. When the arrogant Soniya Kapoor decides that she must buy Aakash's love, she arranges a financial agreement whereby his marriage to her ensures that his father's hospital will be financed.
