Anime's #1 voiceover actor, Jules Dongu, has just become an overnight success. But fame has gone to his head and his eccentricities and addiction to powdered Ginseng cause him to lose it all. Abandoned by his high-paid Hollywood entourage, it is up to his only true friend, a renaissance re-enactor called Squirrely, to help Jules get his life back on track. But meanwhile, Director Steven Scorsese has concocted a sinister plot to brainwash the world's population with his new satellite TV network. When Dongu and Squirrely stumble upon the plot, will they have what it takes to save the world?
