Elmo LaGrange is an ordinary cop taking his much needed vacation. But his layover in the Moscow airport becomes a dangerous comedy of mistaken identities. With the help of a beautiful woman, the two play a deadly game of cat and mouse with the Russian mafia. Violence and romance are mixed in along the way as Elmo's vaction turns into the adventure of a lifetime.
