When a group of musically inclined high school students spends the summer at Band Camp, they find their lives ruined when Matt Stifler, the younger brother of Steve, joins their ranks. Facing expulsion from school, he's been sent to band camp for the summer. His sex-obsessed antics soon transform their musical summer into an orgy of practical jokes and candid-camera videos. Matt attempts to wire the camp with hidden cameras to turn it into the set for his own "Girls Gone Wild"-type video, but when he falls for fellow camper Elyse, his efforts to stifle his "Stiffmeister" ways meet with crazed results.
