Crime photographer Joe falls in love with clairvoyant Lora, as they search for a pathological murderer. Joe is plagued with memories of violent crimes he has had to document, while Lora has violent premonitions of murders to come. They connect over these shared sufferings, but soon they must join forces to track down a serial killer who documents his crimes in a video diary.
