Fashion editor Patsy and her friend Edina live a super-stylish and decadent life in Paris, drinking, dating younger men and avoiding work. In the course of one season, they get into various scrapes, including a failed attempt to buy political influence and a spell in jail following a drug bust -- but they still manage to appear at the season's fashion shows.
