Mexican pop idol, Gloria Trevi, plays a double role as "La Grenas," leader of a drug-running gang who cheats some U.S. gangsters out of $2 million; and as Gloria, a rebellious schoolgirl who is a dead ringer for "La Grenas" and is coerced into substituting for her in a fake funeral.
