Innsbruck. Anna is a young nurse and desperate .the apartment next to hers is being renovated for the last three months and there is no end in sight. She often works nights and the construction noise is robbing her of any sleep during the day. And her on-off relationship with a married doctor is not helping matters either. She needs a new apartment and has already given up hope when she finds the perfect, quiet, large place. But she is not the only one interested so she thinks up a plan to get rid of anybody who stands in her way of the dream apartment - even if that involves killing for it.
