Razz and Jezebel live in a small town in the Appalachian mountains, and dream of nothing more than getting far far away. Jezebel is running from her past but it always seems to catch up with her. They are fighting against a corrupt local politician, not to mention Razz's temper. They beat these odds, losing everything except each other.
