New talk show host Jimmy Fallon took to the dance floor with guest Cameron Diaz -- aka "Cammie D" -- in a first-ever Late Night Dance-Off, with music by house band The Roots.

Was Diaz trying to outdo her ex-boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, who appeared on Fallon's Monday night premiere? Timberlake was the bright spot on that show, spoofing John Mayer and Barry Gibb.

Diaz danced in a silk pantsuit and sky-high heels. See the video here:
