Welcome one, welcome all to another edition of Follow Friday! Watch in wonder as celebrities use the power of the Internet and the free service Twitter to broadcast their thoughts to the world. Though some find the service useless or too time consuming, it's obviously quite popular, with some celebs gaining over half a million followers who keep constantly up-to-date on celebrity projects and lives. This wasn't a huge week for the Twitter world -- nothing dramatic happening other than Demi Moore tweeting to save a woman's life. Other than that, I've rounded up the best and the brightest as well as a few silly and pathetic ones, so let's get started:
