I have been so excited about the Big Brother 9 finale. I haven't been too tied to my feeds lately because I don't care too much for frat boy antics. The couple of times I turned them on, they were either bashing the other houseguests, eating, sleeping, or Ryan was "manscaping" his body. Yes, he shaved his entire body for us, or maybe for Jen.

So, how about that finale? It actually went pretty quickly. We saw Sheila's entry and the other juror's facial reaction to her saying that both boys were scared to take her to the finale because she had all the votes. That was priceless. She actually said that with a straight face.

There was plenty of bitterness on the jury, too. I always expect some, but this was more than just some. Their questions were out there. What Chelsia was screeching about, I'm not sure. I just know that it seemed, to me, like she wanted Ryan to say that he was going to leave Jen. Why? I don't know.

Natalie was as dippy as ever, and James was James. He was laid back and rational, and so was Matt. I think Matt was angling for his share of the money. I think some of them forgot that this was a battle for half a million dollars and not a battle for enduring friendships.

CBS's editing had me thinking that Ryan had this in the bag after the jury questioning. CBS also came up with another America's Choice competition. This time it was for America's Favorite Juror. Problem was that their poll didn't work for about the first 10-15 minutes and the West Coast didn't get to vote at all. In my meanderings about the Web, there was much muttering about those things.

And Julie teased us! She told us that we'd get to hear from the houseguests that got to watch the show. The only ones we got to hear from were Jen and Allison. And that was only about each other. Big whoop. I wanted her to talk to Parker, because from what I was reading on his blogs, he had plenty to say. I wanted to hear Alex's reaction to the Alex doll, too.

Adam won by a vote of 6-1. I really didn't expect Sheila to vote for him after her little speech. As for the others, I wasn't sure. Joshuah was the only vote for Ryan and that may have been because of their alliance in the house. Adam said that he's going to give $100,000 to charity and that he's going to open an after-school center. Time will tell whether that was the truth or another fib to get the vote.

And who was America's Favorite Juror? No, it was not Natalie, surprise! It was James. And Julie said that Sheila came in second. Like I said earlier, there was plenty of muttering on the Web about this vote. Conspiracy charges abound. Was it fixed? Was it previously decided by The Powers That Be? We'll never know.

I'll be back later in the week with my thoughts on the season. Until then, catch y'all later.
