Pros:
She's got a Golden Globe to her credit for her work in Betty, and everyone knows winning a Globe is the first step towards Oscar-dom. She's also on the record as saying, "I think it's hilarious when people call Jessica Alba or Eva Longoria curvy. Come on. They're not curvy. They're small. I'm curvy." Now that's some honesty... I'm liking America more and more.
Cons:
Her show is almost too successful and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, while probably contractually obligated, is still a step in the wrong direction.
