Any Miss Teen USA naturally looks up to her big sis, Miss USA. The reigning Miss Teen USA, Katie Blair, is no different. As Miss USA Tara Conner's reign has been tarnished by allegations of underage drinking and drug use, Katie Blair has hopped on the disgrace train, too, as Mothers Against Drunk Driving dropped the 18-year-old as a spokesperson after it became clear that she was doing some underage drinking of her own.

Says MADD's director, "We do not feel, at this time, that Ms. Blair can be an effective spokesperson on underage drinking and will not ask her to represent MADD in future initiatives."

The Miss Universe organization says they respect MADD's decision and will continue to work with them in the future. They also note that they are not considering stripping Blair of her crown.

Conner and Blair reportedly engaged in underage drinking and some drunken chick-on-chick make-out sessions in their adopted home of NYC. Since no one's come forward with pics of the two making out, the gossip world just has to settle for pics of Miss Nevada, Katie Reese, locking lips with a girlfriend and flashing her nipples.

I assure you that Donald Trump will not have to battle low ratings when the next Miss USA pageant airs in 2007.
