Lauren Conrad is all grown up! The Hills star continues to defy the laws of celebrity, having reportedly landed a role as a presenter on TV's biggest night, the primetime Emmy awards. Let me reiterate: This is the Emmy awards. Not the MTV awards. How does she do it?
Not only that, but the models who hand out the golden statuettes may be outfitted in Lauren Conrad original designs. This would be a huge coup for the fledging fashion designer, since she probably has tons of inventory lying around after L.A. boutique Kitson stopped carrying her line due to poor sales.
Lauren, who recently appeared on the cover of Entertainment Weekly magazine, will continue her puzzling reign as pop culture queen when she appears on the Emmys telecast alongside A-Listers like Heidi Klum and Oprah on Sept. 21 on ABC.
