LA authorities have just announced that Sunday morning's car accident involving Shia LaBoeuf and a whole lot of whiskey was actually the other driver's fault.
The other driver ran a red light, and hit Shia. The other driver will be cited, say authorities, but not, I'm guessing, for DUI, like Shia.
See, kids? It doesn't matter how pimp your drunk driving skills are; you still run the risk that someone else'll screw up and hit you, and you still end up with the DUI.

Meanwhile, the mystery female passenger in Shia's car has been identified, and it was none of than Shia's Transformers 2 co-star -- and Adrian Grenier's girlfriend -- 23-year-old Isabel Lucas. Adrian was reportedly quite unhappy to learn that his girlfriend was in a car with a drunken Shia at 3 o'clock in the morning. What was she thinking?? If I had Adrian as a boyfriend, I'd do nothing to even possibly screw it up!
