Comeback kid Britney Spears made her second appearance on How I Met Your Mother last night, and it garnered the formerly flailing sitcom an audience of 9 million -- not quite the 11 million she brought in the first time, but not too shabby nonetheless.

Britney's still not a particularly talented actress, but you can tell she's trying her darndest, and she comes off very well, IMHO. She was given a larger role this time than last, and producers have been hinting that she'll return once again.

You know, this actually looks like a pretty good show. I'd watch it more often, but it's not reality TV or House, so the circuitry in my brain won't allow it.
