Big Brother Forced Adam?

Let's address something that's going on right now. If you don't have the feeds, I apologize (you really should get them) but if you do then you know what I'm talking about.

Baller is now upset and feels tricked into not putting James up on the block. He feels that Big Brother, in a way, made him not nominate James. Adam says that Big Brother wouldn't let him out to talk to everybody else after he was finished talking with James. BTW, if you have the feeds, you know that after that talk in HOH Adam was then called into the diary room. The rest of the house was waiting around to talk to Adam but there was an outside lockdown called and then the nomination ceremony took place.

According to live feed reports, Adam says that the diary room conned him. They kept asking him what would be best for him over and over. Ryan told Adam that Big Brother did the same thing to him. Adam now feels that what he's done by nominating Sheila and Sharon is a huge mistake. Sharon has been telling Adam that even after all of "this", she feels that James will keep his word to Adam (about not using the POV if he wins it).

As you all know, I'm a James fan and I've been pulling for him since the beginning. And I'm trying to be as fair about this as I can be. In the spirit of full disclosure, I was a Dick fan in the beginning last season. I grew to abhor him by mid-season though. As most of us know, Dick was helped out a lot in the diary room last season. Thoughts were put into his head as to what he should do in the house. Dick wasn't the only one either.

One side of me says that I know the diary room has to ask all of the hamsters about every possible situation. Of course, that could cause them to think of things they hadn't thought of before. The other side of me says that it's the diary room controlling the game for Big Brother's own benefit. There have been many people on both sides of this argument for many many seasons now. Last season wasn't the first and neither was this season.

But this is the problem I have about the whole thing. I don't like seeing Big Brother control the actions of the hamsters. I want the hamsters to make their own decisions. I don't care if it's good for them or bad for them. I want them to play their own game. Yes, I understand that Big Brother is the keeper of the game but that's all they should be -- the keeper. If rules are broken, they should step in. If emergency help is needed, they should come forward. I just don't like my favorite game being tainted by a producer's greed. I really hope this isn't the case but I'll be the first to tell you that I feel Dick wouldn't have won last season if it wasn't for the diary room.

James is still my favorite. And believe it or not, Adam has grown on me the last couple of weeks as well. And now for Adam to feel that Big Brother made him make the nominations he made just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It doesn't help either when the flames come on every time Adam opens up his mouth about what he's feeling about the situation. It just makes things seem even sketchier.

Or could it be that Adam is just upset about feeling he made the wrong decision after talking to his fellow Team Christ members? Is it a case of guilt on his part perhaps combined with what the diary room put in his ear?

Either way, I don't like them doing this to my Big Brother.
