Big Brother 11: Dear Sweet Baby Jesus

Tonight's show was infinitely better than Sunday's show. Everything from Jordan adoring Jeff's feet to Russell's jealousy of Jeff to Jeff being the better man when attacked by Russell and Natalie.

Can you believe how hilarious that Power of Veto competition was after listening to the fallout on the feeds earlier this week? Russell's plan (as he told us in the diary room) was to get Jeff worked up about his misspelling in the POV competition. It didn't work out that way for him though because Jeff kept his cool. I was actually watching the feeds that day and when Russell couldn't get Jeff to go off on him when he was yelling 'technotronics' in the backyard, he gave up and just went after Jeff outright.

I'm thankful that CBS didn't chop the argument up too badly. For once, they actually portrayed it the way it happened. Jeff, why didn't you just spell 'tectonics' and be done with it? You had all of the letters and you would have won! Besides the icky concept of the competition itself (which was actually really good), the best part was finding out that Natalie only spelled the world 'last'.

Last? Really? Last? You spent ten minutes getting letters out of mounds of goo and you could only put together a four-letter word? Well we obviously see why Natalie is not in the brains clique. That fact was only cemented by her going after Jeff immediately after Russell going off on Jeff. Natalie's an idiot. Russell's an idiot. I can't wait for them to go home.

I wish the show included more of Lydia's 'strategy' tonight in getting off the block. They didn't even mention that Lydia had the votes to stay this week. Oh I know, fighting to get taken off the block is good but she was never really in any danger. Chima was going to be the easy out this week. But Lydia showed her stuff and convinced Jessie and Natalie that Braden was going to eventually rule the game. Bad for Braden but good for Lydia.

I'm glad they showed Russell questioning the trustworthiness of the worm otherwise known as Ronnie. Now if Big Brother portrays Ronnie as a major gameplayer (like they did Jerry last season) then I'm going to puke. Because if you're watching the feeds, you know exactly how close he is to getting caught.

Does anybody think we're going to see footage of Lydia's fights on Thursday's show? What did you think about tonight's show? Do you think they were fair in what they showed of Jeff, Russell, and Natalie's confrontation? What was your favorite part of the show tonight and how much did you love that POV competition?
