And That's That

I find myself sitting here in unfamiliar territory.

Of course, the show was exactly the way we knew it would go based on what information we'd gleaned from the live feeds. We knew that Adam was planning on throwing this last part of the HOH competition and it almost seems like Ryan was trying to throw it as well. To win that last part with only 3 out of 6 points should be embarrassing. At least Adam has the excuse of trying to lose. Could Ryan really have been so stupid as to try to lose as well just to see if Adam would take him to the finals?

Both of them obviously threw the answer to the last question concerning Sharon. How they both chose the wrong answer concerning Chelsia was mind-blowing as well. I also couldn't believe they answered incorrectly on Natalie's question. Either way, both of these guys are freaking morons.

Regardless, I'm still sitting here. The show is over. I finished my liveblogging post. I'm watching the comments come in. But I haven't turned my feeds back on.

I've said for weeks now that I couldn't care less really about any of these people and that I would be focusing on their gameplay. But I really haven't seen any. Natalie did decent when it came to competitions but she was a bumbling idiot who only thought she knew what the game involved. Sharon tried too hard too late with the wrong person. Her sitting on the block five times in a row made her entirely too confident.

When it came down the final three, I was pulling for Adam to win final HOH and take Sheila with him to the finals. Why? I don't like Ryan and feel that Sheila could do more with the money than Ryan could. That's not to say that Ryan or Adam couldn't do something with the money but, again, I just don't like Ryan. Hell, I never thought I'd like Adam either considering how he started this season out. To top it all off, I would have never picked this bumbling group of idiots as our final three and now final two either. So I still want Adam to win.

And yet I'm still sitting here. Even though I want Adam to win, I don't truly care if he does. Even though I don't like Ryan, I don't truly care if he wins. And even if Sheila had made it to the final two, I wouldn't truly care if she won either.

I'm sure I can speak for most Big Brother fans and say it's always fun, or at least interesting, to root for people you really love or root against people you really love to hate. And sometimes, like last season, you find yourself rooting for the lesser of two evils or your favorite of favorites.

But we don't have that this season. I'm not feeling it. I'm certainly not feeling it from readers here. I'm not feeling it from posters on other web sites and message boards. It seems as though most people really don't care who wins or loses.

Simply put, what we're left to watch in the house are two things. One who grunts continuously and shovels food into his mouth at every opportunity he gets and the other who can't keep his fingers out of his nose and hands away from his balls. One who's a racist and one who's a con. But don't you know, they'll be pimpin' Diddy style up in the house until the finale on Sunday. Because after all, that's how they roll.

So what are your thoughts after the show tonight? Are you sitting there with the feeds on or off? Do you truly care who wins? If so, why? What did you think about Sheila's emotional exit and her talk with Julie? Do you think both of the boys were trying to throw the final part of the HOH competition? Tell me!
